24/7 reception, convenient location especially for those who use the airport late at night or early in the morning , polite and welcoming staff, clean, and good breakfast was provided.

Horrible horrible desk service from a Hilton chain hotel. It’s an airport hotel, so usually there is a reason why folks stay. When we checked in at desk 1am after missing last mile flight because of delays, nobody told us anything proactively about the need to prebook airport transports so that early morning logistics wouldn’t be a hassle. Service desk indifferent clerk didn’t mention anything about breakfast options and to have grab-go breakfast you would need to prebook. Basic airport hotel services lack of whatsoever communication. We had preordered crib, which obviously was not delivered to the room. Hilton chain hotel didnt even have basic water bottles in the room, costs less than 1 eur.
Would never stay again and would never recommend this facility to anyone.
