Extremely disappointed

It was beautiful and the beds are comfy

When we arrived Monday, I immediately seen that we only had only the toilet paper that was left from the previous people. There was only 1 washcloth. I contacted the property owners and requested for the things on Tuesday while we were in the parks. We got home late, there was still no washclothes and toilet paper so I had to go out and get toilet paper. I was hoping they’d bring the washcloths the next day. We didn’t get any until Thursday. So I had to go out and by washcloths too. (The owner sent us some through Amazon) another thing that made our stay uncomfortable, you could only turn the air down to 69, there was two families us, son and his family with two toddlers,we all our air conditioners on 63-66 so we was all extremely hot especially sleeping. The sunset on the two extra bedrooms side and both of those rooms were 10° hotter than everywhere else. I just think there’s no communication with the cleaning crew which I’m not even sure that the cleaning crew cleans because the floors were disgusting when our one toddler ran around his feet was black! I don’t even know what’s going on here. There was no dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, or dish cloths, no salt no pepper no things that makes an Airbnb comfortable. I personally clean houses including Airbnb‘s and I know how they work. You have locked closets, with all the supplies needed. Where the cleaning crew can stock up your home. I just think this place was very poorly kept and just letting others know.
