I would stay there again! It is a lovely spot and walking distance to many places in the area including Kerry Park.

walking distance to Kerry Park, lovely neighborhood, beautiful gardens, clean and beautiful interior.

Loft space is a bit cramped, you would need to climb a ladder to get to bed, and also climb down ladder for bathroom. Does not have TV if you like to watch movies.

Accomodations were more than fine; rental agency unreliable.

There was no breakfast or food supplied. But there was kitchen equipment and coffee-making supplies. The rental is in a wonderful part of Seattle (Queen Anne neighborhood) with nearby parks and a lookout point over Elliott Bay.

My experience with Vacasa was TERRIBLE and would not recommend them at all. They notified me around check-in time that the Carriage House was NOT available because they could not get it cleaned. This message was sent as email and voicemail, but of course I got neither because I was flying cross-country and trying to get to the place. I didn't learn of the unavailability until 10:30 at night when I was actually at the front door trying to get in! In the email they offered a different rental at the same address but I couldn't access any information about it and couldn't even see where it was. Fortunately for me I got into the Carriage House (the door hadn't been fully closed and slept there for the first night on the sofa. The next day I found working with the VACASA staff to try to get different accomodations very frustrating. The only thing that saved the situation was that the owner of the properties showed up and showed me the inside of the other apartment. so I actually rented the studio apartment at the same address. But as a result I do not trust Vacasa to be reliable about honoring their contract.

Cozy cabin in a beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful neighborhood, easy to walk to restaurants and shops on Queen Anne. A block from Kerry Park. Very quiet, easy parking. Easy drive or bus ride, or 30 min walk to downtown. Carriage house was in the garden of a beautiful main house. Small but comfortable and cozy, nice decor. Modern beautiful bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed on the loft. We enjoyed our stay.

No closet space. The small cabinet with space for a few hangers and shelves (meant to be closet?) was half filled with cleaning supplies. Those were in other cabinets too. For the cleaning fee almost 200, the cleaners should bother to carry their own supplies, or leave them somewhere else, and not to fill already limited storage with supplies, unnecessary for guests. Upstairs loft should have reading light(s).

It worked well for just crashing at night but no other time should be spent here.

Very clean & aesthetically pleasing to be in

There was heating/cooling marked that they “had” it available on the website but when we got there our thermostat wouldn’t move past 80 in the room as the “coldest” so we were better off going in town & doing things. Than in the house where it got up to 110 Fahrenheit one day around 1 pm. So we were very disappointed in being cooked like hotdogs while at our stay.

Lovely place to get the best experience of Seattle.

The location could not be better. We walked a block to get coffee each morning at Caffe Fiore. We went backup there one evening for Molly Moon ice cream! We walked a block south to see a view of Seattle that is the ultimate viewpoint. Kerry Park. We were safe, could always find parking, and were in a very nice (one of the best) neighborhoods that Seattle offers. The Carriage House is small but has everything you need: Privacy, spacious shower, comfortable bed, mini fridge, etc. The host was friendly but also gave us our space to explore Seattle once he found out that we already knew what we were doing. If we had not known, I know he would have given us ideas about places to explore!

Soap in bathroom should be provided. I lucked out and had brought a bar, but I usually expect bathroom soap (at least in liquid form) from an AirBnB. Also, on the hottest week of the summer, the hosts should not have expected that we sleep up in the loft. And therefore, there should have been pillowcases for the extra pillows that are used for the pullout bed. There should also have been a light blanket provided. My husband had to crawl up in the loft to steal the made-up pillows from up there, and we only had a sheet which was fine when falling asleep because it was very warm. However, around 3:00 am each night we woke up freezing.

Exceptional

Excellent location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great bathroom shower. We felt really pampered.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious.

For how luxurious the apartment was, I was expecting a few more amenities to be available. The location also isn't ideal for tourism due to how far it is from downtown.
