Fabulous location right in the middle of the historic old city. Breakfast on the balcony is unforgettable. Lovely view out across the Adriatic Sea. Spacious and comfortable. Bedroom and bed in the old walled room were a big highlight. Would definitely recommend for a couple.
There were small missing things when we arrived: No clean tea towel, bedside lamp bulb broken, soap dispenser empty, freezer compartment door broken and freezer unusable. Not disasters, but for the cost these should be fixed before arriving. Some were sorted during the stay. Some not.
The kitchen equipment should be more comprehensive. The accessories in the kitchen are very limited. Poor cooking implements. If you're not cooking this wont be an issue.
Poor selection of glassware. The hot water was erratic. Sometimes completely disappearing in the middle of showering! Warning: the shower cubicle is tiny!

ottima posizione nel centro storico ma vicino alle vie in cui è possibile parcheggiare e trovare supermercati locali, adiacente a una chiesetta antica fotografata dai turisti, quindi ottima posizione
mancavano alcuni accessori, tovaglia, forbici e adattatore shuko per asciugacapelli e microonde, su richiesta sono stati forniti; uno dei due fornelli non rimaneva acceso.

We loved the old town of Monopoli — it is absolutely beautiful — and the location of the apartment was ideal. The bed was also very comfortable. Another nice plus is that there is a restaurant just across the narrow street with a rooftop pool.
The photos in the listing seem to show three different properties, and only one of them has a rooftop terrace. This is quite misleading. Also, despite the description, I do not think this place is suitable for four people. In my opinion, it is suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child, as the rooms are very small.
The host was not particularly helpful. When we asked where we could park the car — especially since the listing suggested that parking was available — we only received the answer that it would “definitely be outside the historic centre”, with no practical directions or recommendations. When we reported that the kettle in the apartment was not working, the response was that this was not her problem because a kettle was not included in the listing.
