Topher's pull out bed is a nice size, larger than a full size bed, slightly smaller than a queen. The refrigerator is a sweet size - check out the photos to get an idea. Everything is cleaned and sanitized prior to pickup. We provide clean kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels and comforter (make sure to check the boxes in the add-on section for these items, we do not charge for them).
