The property was exceptionally clean with all modern amenities with high standards.
It was our first holiday with our 4 months old and second for our 22 months ols. Both children were comfortable and communication with property owner was exceptionally helpful as we checked in bit earlier than expected.
Instructions to get keys to property, check in / check out was quite easy.
The property is just 2 minutes walking distance from the beautiful Broadstairs beach. 10/12 minutes walk from the station.
Beds & pillows were comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities that we needed.
Spacious living room with television. Large bedroom had a bathtub which we didn't use but looked quite elegant. The interior decorations were nice with large clock and paintings. Everything was in working order and nice shower.
We all enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Location is perfect for central Broadstairs and the beach ⛱️
We loved everything - the rooms are bright and airy. Rooms and venue decorated and equipped to a really high standard.

Bedrooms and lounge very nicely done apart from stained and loose carpet on staircase.
Local to beach.
Very noisy road and restaurant opposite
