Situated in Broadstairs, this lovely cottage for $156 per night is a great option for your next break. A bright and airy modern cottage built in a traditional style in the heart of Broadstairs. It's an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a private parking space in the courtyard behind the house. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom with luxury single beds suitable for adults, and a single bedroom. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs. The lounge is spacious with two large sofas and an armchair. Adjoining the lounge is a separate kitchen/diner with dining table to seat 6. There is a patio to the back of the house. A travel cot and high chair are provided. TV/DVD and free WiFi are provided. This is a new holiday let listing so we have plenty of availability for the summer.

What a well presented comfy cottage, in a great location, close to all you need but far enough away from the noise of the bars. We had a 2 night stay and found the check in easy and communication was excellent. Loved our stay and will definately be booking time and again.

The property was clean bright, well equipped and matched the online description. Only 5 minutes walk from Viking Bay and the shops and restaurants in Broadstairs, definitely a good option for a relaxing holiday on the Kent coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Broadstairs! The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen in particular was very well equipped compared to other holiday homes. We loved our stay in this well-situated, well-equipped, clean and comfortable house close to the beach and town centre. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Broadstairs is perfect for families with children, there are lots of good places to eat, and those lucky enough to have a resident babysitter will find plenty of plac s to eat out or have a drink in the evening.

Very near town centre and beaches, this is a perfect family house with all necessary utilities for a self-catering stay. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Forge cottage is in a perfect location in the centre of Broadstairs close to the harbour and with private offstreet parking. It is walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, pubs and groceries. The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a January stay.

Ideal location for our 3 week Christmas holiday to see family in the UK. The house was perfect for our family, with two older teens. The Christmas decorations were a lovely addition. Peter went out of his way to help when we arrived as the town water was cut off. We would recommend staying here again.

We know Broadstairs very well and were looking for a new property to rent. Forge cottages were excellent. Very good location and, which is hard to find, good designated parking. The cottage was spotless, thanks to Lorna the lady who looks after the property. Everything you needed was there and it was homely and cosy. We needed to ring Peter, the landlord, about a couple of things and he sorted everything out immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again.

Really comfortable property and in a fabulous location, only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. The cottage is very spacious and we loved having use of the free allocated parking space. We'd definitely return to this property.

The house was in wasy walking distance of the town, far enough away to avaiod noise but close enough to stroll to pubs and restaurants. The house very clean and tidy, perhaps more of a house house rather than a holiday house, but very nice

This is a lovely cottage in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the centre of Broadstairs. The cottage was everything we had hoped it would be and the parking and location are an added bonus. We stayed for a week but wish it could have been longer. The cottage was spotless and had every facility you could want. The owners Peter and Sarah were so helpful and there was no problem after having to cancel last year because of the Covid situation. We would definitely recommend this cottage and will be sure to book another visit soon.

Very nice well appointed cottage with everything that you would need.Found the cottage very spacious and light an ideal location just a short downhill walk to the harbour and all the pubs and restaurants .The location was ideal for our short break and with off street parking at the rear door of the property could not have been more convenient .

The property was I a good lo ation, just a few minutes walk from viking bay and other amenities. The cottage was really well equipped with everything you needed and more for a home from home experience. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to stay again if coming to broadstairs.
