الغرف واسعة ومريحة، والمنتجع يتمتع بموقع ممتاز قريب من المطار ومن معظم الأنشطة والمعالم السياحية في جنوب الجزيرة. كما أن الشاطئ يقع على مسافة قصيرة سيرًا على الأقدام، أو يمكن الوصول إليه بسهولة عبر العربات الكهربائية التي يوفرها الفندق كل ساعة. ويوفر الفندق أيضًا ناديًا شاطئيًا خاصًا لضيوفه مباشرة على البحر، مما يضيف قيمة كبيرة لتجربة الإقامة. المسبح الخاص جميل، وتصميم الفيلا أنيق ويوفر أجواءً هادئة ومريحة.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the resort enjoys an excellent location close to the airport and to most of the attractions and activities in the southern part of the island. The beach is just a short walk away, or you can take the hotel's complimentary electric shuttle, which operates every hour. The resort also has its own private beach club exclusively for guests, located directly on the beach, which is a great addition to the overall experience. The private pool is beautiful, and the villa is elegantly designed, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
الإفطار جيد من حيث والتنوع، إلا أن خيارات الطعام الحلال كانت محدودة للغاية، واقتصرت عمليًا على البيض وبعض الأصناف الجانبية ، عموما فيتام على العموما محتاجة شغل بموضوع الطعام الحلال او على الاقل فصل الادوات الخاصة بالطبخ.
للأسف، لم يكن تعامل الموظفين بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذا التصنيف، خاصة فريق عمل المطعم، حيث افتقروا إلى روح الضيافة والود في التعامل مع النزلاء. كما أن المسبح الخاص بالفيلا لا يوفر خصوصية كاملة، إذ توجد بعض الزوايا المكشوفة التي تسمح للجيران برؤية أجزاء من منطقة المسبح.
The breakfast was very good in terms of quality and variety. However, the halal food options were extremely limited, with eggs being practically the only suitable hot option.
Unfortunately, the staff, particularly those working in the restaurant and the reception, were not as welcoming or hospitable as expected from a resort of this standard. In addition, the villa's private pool does not offer complete privacy, as parts of the pool area are visible from certain angles to neighboring villas. This is worth noting for guests

The peacefulness of the villa and our own pool was delightful, a private oasis.
Attentive and helpful staff. Daily mini bar top ups. Convenient app for communication and services.
Buggy for rainy days. Incredible breakfast.
Sometimes Leaky window seals. The location doesn’t have a lot near by but a short grab ride can get you to areas with more shops.

The villa was awesome we enjoyed being there. The buggy picks and drops. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was polite. It’s a perfect place and we will definitely comeback.They staff even help you out with the attraction tickets.
They charged was surcharge for an adult and no beds were provided looks like it was for the breakfast. They also charged for a broken glass, which generally other hotels consider waving off. We had to wait for our check in until 3 even though we requested for an early check in. We even used their shuttle to get dropped off.
Apart from this we loved it.

The villa was super luxurious and well equipped with a washer for clothes, a dishwasher and a Marshall speaker too! There is a private pool and a beautiful area for dining outside with an inviting garden. Each room has a beautiful view. There are bicycles to ride around the property. A complimentary shuttle can take you to the beach but it is a short and pleasant walk away. The breakfast has a vast spread, but being a halall eater, we couldn't enjoy all of it. Luxury drinks included in the breakfast menu, which was a plus!
There was an issue with validating the payment made for the stay, but the staff managed to sort it out. The resort is situated far from attractions in Phu Quoc but if a quiet luxurious retreat is what tou want, this is definitely the place to be.
