The beach, the sea, the pools, the workers, the service, the aquapark.
It’s a very, very, very large complex. Sometimes you have to wait long (10-15 minutes) for a buggy. But the people do their extreme best to make you have a pleasant stay. Also at night it’s not lively, i think because the restaurants are very pricey (the food was very good though) and that the people rather go eat outside then complex.

- 3-Bedroom Villa: Clean, spacious, and features a fantastic private swimming pool.
- The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water park, the 2 complimentary hours of bicycle riding, and the bowling alley.
- Receiving complimentary tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show was a lovely addition to our stay.
-The buggy shuttle service was remarkably fast and efficient whenever we requested a ride.
-The food quality was very good, though expanding the menu would make it even better.
- the hotel staff are very friendly
As Muslim guests, we would love to see more halal options adde or imported US or Australian beef for burgers and steaks.for in room dining

The villa is clean and spacious
The staff is nice and friendly
They have shuttle bus to pick up and drop off from airport
The beach is gorgeous. The most beautiful beach in phu Quoc
The small water park was kinda entertaining
The breakfast hall is huge but unorganized for 5 star standard. The food is also mediocre. I expected more from the price they charge
The wait for buggy to move from the villa to the beach or the reception is terrible. Needs a more efficient operation for 5 star resort

Good points:
Spacious bungalows
Very comfortable beds
Gorgeous shampoos/conditioners/shower gels
Very well kept grounds
Very beautiful white sand beach
Easy shuttle buses to get you around if you want them
Staff were friendly and polite
Quite good hun with bowling (extra charge), pool tables, ping pong etc
Breakfast was quite nice
Bad points:
No sun loungers in bungalow, would not matter if we could ever get one by pool but there were so few by pool that not once in 4 days did we have one. At £250 per night, I don’t think that would be unreasonable.
Only 2 outside chairs in bungalow designed for 6 people, as there were 3 of us, we could not all sit down together.
Were not given towels, had to ask to get some
Beach and sea was absolutely full of plastic to a horrifying level. Literally swimming among old carrier bags, plastic bottles etc, it was revolting. Whilst i realise not the hotels’ fault it is unfortunately located on a beach where masses of garbage washes up.
Slightly weird location, surrounded by rows and rows of multicoloured buildings meant to look like a little Italy or something and they were pretty much all empty.
Despite having a lounge/kitchen diner area, it was forbidden to have any food or drinks sanctioned with the threat of large fines. Therefore could not see the point of the area and consequently did not use it apart from to make a coffee once and to store the water they gave in the fridge. Again just a bit weird.
I would not normally raise any issues but it was the most expensive place we stayed in Vietnam but was probably my least favourite for the reasons given.
