Great location, spacious, modern, clean room. Great ocean view. The breakfast was lovely and the pool was really nice.

It delivers excellent value with generously sized, comfortable rooms and a quality breakfast spread. The location is perfectly positioned, just 20 minutes from the airport and a quick 25-minute walk to the night market, offering the ideal balance of accessibility and tranquility. The surrounding neighborhood has a good selection of shops and restaurants, while the quieter location away from the main tourist areas provides a more relaxed atmosphere.
The beach front is not particularly fit for swimming due to the sewage pipes, but it can be solved with a grab ride to either Khem beach or Grand World

Location was good, close to beach and local amenaties. Hotel was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was poor,although it had a good choice the food was not replenished when certain foods run out.
We had to ask reception on three different occassions to have our room cleaned despite leaving the clean my room notice on the door. Bar service at the pool bar was very slow, seemed to be under staffed and staff did not seem to know what they were doing.
