It was a pleasure staying at the Seaview Sanctuary. Both hosts were welcoming and a joy to speak with. My room faced the shoreline and had a balcony with seating. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature could be adjusted. Beverages were provided and water and milk were in the fridge daily. As I stayed in the room with a separate toilet and shower there was an additional sink in the room which was much appreciated. The toilets and shower were cleaned as used or upon request. The hosts did everything they could to make my stay an exceptional one. Breakfast was great and fresh every day, I asked for special things and they were provided for me, it was delivered to my requested time and location. It was well presented and all pots, cutlery and glassware were sparkling clean. The price was spot on.

I loved everything about this establishment. The welcome was genuinely warm, the atmosphere great, and the breakfast was beautifully served. The hosts could not have been nicer and my room was a very good size.
The location is central but quiet, and I liked the tranquillity.
I could not find anything I didn't like, and the room was extremely good value.

It was very peaceful and relaxing - just what I needed. I had a lovely room with a balcony and I could see the sea from my bed. The hosts Rich and Katie were lovely and welcoming, calm and relaxed. Katie likes to provide her guests with tasty cakes - and I really enjoyed consuming them.
I could hear the tenant upstairs early every morning ‘galloping’ across their room ! Luckily I didn’t hear them again for the rest of the day.

cakes/biscuits and water/milk on offer for guests was a nice touch and the hosts were very pleasant.
the breakfast was expensive for the limited selection and it was uncomfortably hot in the small breakfast room (it was a hot weekend so maybe it is normally not so bad)
