The man at reception who helped me to rebook my flight was amazing, he also helped me book the didi to the back door and helped me with my luggage, his customer service was impeccable and i found it really helpful he was able to communicate so clearly in English, having him help me with so many things during my stay was so helpful. The location was right next to the metro station only 2 mins walk. I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service.
The Luckin Coffee People downstairs were not friendly but nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Если вы приехали на выставку, то расположение супер ! Для посещения достопримечательностей далековато, но район супер, тихо чисто и спокойно, метро через дорогу, лучшее соотношение цена/качество !

khách sạn không phục vụ bữa sáng, nhưng có tặng phiếu ăn sáng ở khách sạn 5 sao gần đó. buổi sáng chỉ mất công đi bộ khoảng 500m đi ăn sáng
cách NECC khoảng 800m, có thể đi bộ được, vào thẳng cửa số 6.
phòng hơi nhỏ, khu vực xung quanh không có nhiều quán ăn.
