Nice location, spacious apartment, better out of season.

San Carles is a nice residential area a short walk into the main part of Llanca, close to the sea via rocks and small harbour. The area is mostly two storey white villas, oleander and bouganvillea. In the summer however the shouts of adolescents jumping off the harbour wall is very invasive. It is calm in the early morning and evening. The ground floor terrace is a little elevated and it is on the coastal path with passers by, but no through road for cars. There is parking space outside the apartment. The apartment has two ceiling fans and good windows and blinds so air and light can be regulated. Food shopping is 20 minutes walk but there is a Wednesday market nearby. Grifeu beach and Farella beach have nice restaurants for lunch. Keys must be collected from the property agency in Llanca.

The apartment would benefit from a bit more cleaning and attention to details such as checking light bulbs, providing information about shopping, market, restaurant recommendations etc. Nothing serious but these things demonstrate care. Unfortunately it is very noisy during hot days with adolescents shouting and jumping off the harbour wall.
