The apartment has some great advantages. It is very spacious, the air conditioning works well, and the location is AMAZING. The property managers were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, there were also some significant issues. The bathroom ceiling has a VERY large amount of mold, which I believe is a serious health concern. The management company informed us that it was caused by a recent leak from the apartment above. However, I found a Booking.com review from 2025 mentioning the exact same mold, so it appears that the issue may not have been properly resolved for over a year.
We also requested two sets of keys before our arrival and were assured that they would be provided. Unfortunately, we received the second set only after several days and multiple messages with the management.
Another inconvenience is the key collection and return process. The key box is about a 7–8 minute walk from the apartment, so you need to take a taxi to the key box and then walk to the apartment with your luggage. The same applies when checking out, as you need to walk back with your luggage to return the keys.

Right in the center, near everything, but yet quite
The AC is automatically off after 3 hours - I do not know how to turn that off - so some nights were warm.
The key pickup is at another location, which is not very convenient, especially when we have luggages to drag along.

Потрясающая квартира с отличной локацией. Все для комфортного проживания есть.
Минусы можно найти везде, даже в пятизвездном отеле. Мелкие недочеты нам не омрачили отпуск.

Läget är bra!
Vi skickade ett mail till uthyraren för att bekräfta att diskmaskin fanns. Vi fick en bekräftelse att den fanns. När vi sedan anlände fanns det ingen diskmaskin.
Balkongen är svår att använda AC fläkten blåser varmluft.
