Our stay exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was absolutely wonderful—comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed.
A huge thank you to Karim, who gave us such a warm welcome. He spent a lot of time helping us, explaining how to get around, where to go, and sharing so many amazing tips about the French Riviera and its hidden gems. He even bought us some delicious treats, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
The location of the apartment was perfect—just a short walk from the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, Place Masséna, and the local market. Everything was so close, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and care. Thank you so much for making our trip so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

The location was perfect! The fridge was filled with water, milk, juices and wine. The bathroom had big bottle of shower gel and shampoo and toilet paper for all the 7 days that we stayed! In addition, there were a lot of extra towels in the bedroom for us. If i visit Nice again this apartment will be my first choice
As a family of 4, the hot water was not enough to shower one after the other (some of us use warm water even in the summer). We had to wait a bit to get warm again. If you don't have really hot shower its ok

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The location can’t be beat, just 2 minutes from our favourite Old Town square and gelato and loads of great restaurants. It was lovely to be able to return to our air conditioned apartment whenever the heat got too much.
Karim was brilliant. He accommodated late arrivals and checkouts, gave great recommendations and made us feel really welcome. The well stocked fridge on arrival was so appreciated.

Tout est à disposition:lessive,capsules à café, bouteilles d'eau ,jus de fruit....
Tout est à proximité : la plage, les restos, les boutiques,le marché...
La chambre: à côté de la porte d'entrée et la fenêtre qui donne sur la cage d'escalier.
