Cozy, cute studio apt with friendly and helpful owner. Cristina was very responsive to texts and we had good communication before and during the visit. She kindly allowed us to check in early when we arrived on an overnight international flight. The apt has pretty decorations and great location. 8 minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore and walkable to all major sites and lots of restaurants and cafes. Quiet for sleeping. Great Wifi and plenty of hot and cold water with good water pressure. Lots of closet space and drawers to store clothing. Charming "old world" style. We appreciated that there was a power strip in the bedroom to plug in devices, since older buildings in Europe usually don't have a lot of electrical outlets.
The front door key was not easy to use. It required a lot of jiggling back and forth to finally open the door, every time we went in and out. This was even more difficult at night, because there was no light above the door to see the lock. Also, it was not possible to get two keys, which made life tricky for us because my husband and I had different schedules. It would also be very nice to have an ice cube tray in the freezer, given the record breaking heat in the summer, and laundry detergent for washing clothes. Otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay.

Bellissimo loft in palazzo d'epoca, ristrutturato e arredato con gusto e originalità. Comodissimo al centro e magistralmente gestito dall'host Cristina, molto simpatica, cordiale e sempre a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

The Saragozza Gipsy apartment, beautifully furnished in a very original style, with an artistic display of paintings, is truly comfortable and in an excellent central location. It is just steps from Piazza Maggiore.
Host Cristina is professional and very attentive; she recommended several excellent trattorias in the area.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, in a historic building with a private entrance. Close to the most important cultural centers.
The "Gipsy"-style furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. Thank you, Cristina, we will definitely return for a longer stay.
