Great value for Cusco. Edson is great. Breakfast is a nice touch!
There are many rules to follow (no kitchen use in the morning) and the kitchen is poorly equipped. The common areas can feel a little unwelcoming. Showers are warm at best, not hot.

Location is ok, city is reachable via several buses. Room was comfy, and they helped us up the stairs with our suitcases. It was warm and the breakfasts were tasty!
It was all good, we tried to extend our stay but found the communication painful and so ended up finding somewhere else.

I liked the views of the whole city from the dining area. I started to get the hang of public transport traveling to town. Also the supermarket was useful, was able to get fruits and veg.
Absolutely hated the bed, it had some horrendous material sheets. I was given another blanket, which did not really solve the problem. Also having to listen to the music played by the residents too many times wasn't great. In the end I left two days early.
