Impeccable staff and cleaning. The kayaking trip on the lake is also absolutely lovely (and very near by)! Breakfast is cosy, just right and really good! Have I already mentioned how friendly the staff are? haha
The streets leading to the hotel aren’t exactly the easiest to navigate (be careful with your sat-navs).

Friendly stuff after arriving at 11 pm it was possible to order some food to our room.

The view was really amazing. I set dawn on the window and watched the lake for hours. Room was clean. Soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, slipper were available in the room. Breakfast was good too. Personals were polite and kind. There was no problem about wifi. It was quite and able to rest while watch the view.
Room was very cold. Air conditioner was not enough to heat the room. They should keep that open or should open that a day before than check-in. But unfortunately room was cold and air conditioner was closed. Heating is a basic necessity. Please be more careful about that.
