The facilities were immaculate. We stayed here as a family with young children and while I quickly realised this was an "adult" hotel on arrival, the staff had put away the extras (condoms etc) so on arrival they weren't on display. The rooms (we booked 2 rooms) were beyond anything I have seen in Japan, huge spacious room with a massive bath, massage chair, HUGE bed and facilities beyond what we needed or expected. A short walk from the metro station, 7/11 across the road and walking distance to supermarkets and takeaways and restaurants.
We had an issue with our TV and the staff were quick to fix it and have everything sorted for us.
The room we were in backed onto the highway so was very noisy (I am a light sleeper - my partner didnt even notice the road noise). However on speaking to the front desk they offered alternate room tours and changes on the other end of the hotel and given the other rooms were smaller I opted to try ear plugs, which the staff quickly supplied for me and worked a treat.
The whole hotel, including staff were non English, but all staff had translation apps and communication wasn't restricted at all.
The breakfast was disappointing. I read other reviews saying it was great, but we weren't super impressed, every other part of the stay made up for it though.

The room was amazing
No english speaking staff so language barrier difficult for me being Australian
Across the road from 7/11 was good
About 40 minutes travelling via public transport for anything touristy worth seeing
