Good breakfast. Nice design for the rooms. Good storage options and pretty spacious for a hotel room.
Wifi was pretty bad, we were on first floor and in the bed I barely got the connection. 2 saunas weren't working.
The view from our room was also pretty unpleasant - the next door property didn't fit the vibe.
Also room service is a separate cost - for our length of stay it didn't matter, but for longer stays that is something to consider.

Well-equipped room with good additions like the “chill space” with the coffee machine and board games.
Nice balcony and great location next to the river and walkable into town.
Milk was off one morning in the coffee machine, but was quickly fixed by staff.
Kitchenette is very small (no freezer / limited counter space), but workable.
Towel change has an extra fee.

We had a wonderful stay at Harda House. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with such a relaxing atmosphere. The location was great for exploring Zakopane, and the mountain views made the experience even better. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

the staff were friendly, the place was clean.
They had a sofa bed and the ceiling was so low that every time I tried to get up, it would hit my head at least three times a day, their pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep in, the location was poor, and the hotel wasn't what I expected considering the fact that it wasn't cheap. They also had one of the worst wifi connections I've ever experienced, requiring you to enter the password repeatedly each time you use it.
