Location was amazing, really clean and comfortable - perfectly central for exploring old town Modena
Only thing would be to supply the laundry detergent for the machine - we went to pick up at the store but would take the stress off the guest not to have to worry about which soap is the right one for the machine. On the plus side - having a machine and drying rack available to wash our clothes mid trip was great!

Locations, all room with air conditioning, room size, facilities kitchens, laundry, Cloth dryer machine, all great. Make us a super comfortable stay here in Modena during the heat wave.(end Jul26) and view from high floors. Prepare to climb up some stairs, but it really worth the stay.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Es ist super sauber und es gibt sogar kostenlos ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück ☺️
Die einzige Kleinigkeiten sind die sehr harten Kopfkissen. Wer es lieber weich hat, sollte sich selbst etwas mitbringen.

Que había aire acondicionado.
Nos tramitaron el permiso para circular en la ZTL.
Sin ascensor.
Poco espacioso y en los armarios no cabía casi nada, ya que estaban llenos de nórdicos y cojines.
