We loved that, it is a new and quiet hotel, in a good location. It has plenty of parking spot (evendo you have to pay for parking). It's located very-very close to the inner city, just approx. 10 minutes walk and you were in the downtown.
The bathroom was nice, and clean but, i really missed the handle where you can hang a handtowel, and the towel hangers were the end of the showercabin, but agains these minor issues, it was nice.
Unfortunately the AC doesn't worked properly, or i guess i need a master degree to set up, because, it had a combination to set up the AC.. press this, and after this, and this... so i claimed this issue on the Front Desk, and the lady told us, it maybe not working, she may give us another room, but i don't want to move another room around 9pm. So, i setted up, and it could cool down the room to 26 C degree, for sleep it wasn't so ideal. (The soution was simply, i opened the window. Outside temperature was around 17 C degree.)
Another courious thing, you could open the window to full-wide... our room was on the 5th floor, and the window was from the top to bottom window... so as my previous experiances in other 4 star hotels, the window above 1st floor unable to open to full-wide, just a tiny gap for air.
One more thing, i really missed the minibar from the room, not even the beverages in it, just may cool down some water.
+1 there was no telephone to call the reception, so i have to dress up, and go down and ask.... about the AC.

Clean, centrally located . The staff were exceptional . Couldn’t be more helpful and made the stay so easy. Petra at reception could not have done more for us . All the staff were lovely!

We really liked the option to use the underground garages. And the location was pretty good as well.
The bed was really hard for us and the isolation was really weak so we heard each and every noise from the corridor. And there was at least some noise almost whole night.
