We had a door code, so no keys which was an easy check in. This is our second time staying in this room. The location is great! Quick walk to Pier Park! The room fit our needs. We love that there is a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a washer & dryer.
This is our second time staying in this room. The location is great! The room fit our needs. It could've been a little cleaner, but wasn't terrible. Our biggest complaint was not the room, but the umbrella vendors on the beach. They would set up 3 rows of umbrella chairs the entire length of the building, forcing those of us with tents to have to walk further down the beach, not to mention a lot of people with tents were coming down really early to stake their claim, then they would leave and not return until hours later. I know that is out of the property owner's hands, but the fact that the umbrella vendors take up so much space is ridiculous! And half or better weren't even occupied. There's a sign at the bottom of the steps that states tents are to not be set up in front of the umbrellas. I'm assuming this is Calypso's sign, so I feel like they could do something better for the rest of the guests who aren't renting chairs. If the vendors are going to do this, then people with tents should be allowed to set up wherever they can, even in front of the umbrella chairs. It's a public beach after all, not a private one.

The check in process was so easy and the owners were very responsive and so helpful. They condo was very clean, and they entitled building itself was well maintained and in wonderful condition. The 4th floor offered the best views. This condo was so close to pier park that we could walk to so many things. I loved the walk way overlooking the street to avoid crossing the rest. This place was just exceptional! We have no complaints and will definitely be back! We loved the little gift shop below for any last minutes items needed. There was a donut, ice cream, and coffee shop right acres so the breezeway which was so convenient as well. The water was beautiful and had the most amazing trip-thank you Calypso 403!
We loved everything. The pool was nice-the workers were friendly.

Did not have breakfast at the location.
The cleanliness was much to be desired. The floors were dirty . As you come into the condo, the door had a dirty scum film that you could scrape off with your finger nails. The hallway shower/ bath had filth along the trim and inside of the shower along the shower wall and the base where it apparently has not been properly cleaned in a while , as well as water was seeping out around the toilet. The outside deck floor was filty. The door to the deck was in need of maintenance... it would barely silde... the track needs to either be cleaned or repaired.. the drapery covering the door was worn and needed cleaning. One of the deck chairs had the bottom ripped and made it unusable. The foldout couch was absolutely filthy with dirt and stains on it and the leftside cushion was worn and broken down that made it extremely difficult to sit on. I don't mean to be so critical, but I'm just being honest about the condition of this unit. The TV remote in the bedroom was unusable and the living room remote had the batteries taped in.
