What we liked

Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely dirty. After just a few steps on the floor, our feet were black. There was a lot of dust and dirt, and it seemed that the apartment had only been cleaned superficially, focusing on the most visible areas and with rather poor cleaning quality. There were cobwebs and dust almost everywhere.
For a longer stay, the lack of a proper wardrobe is a significant inconvenience, especially if you have more clothes, as most of them have to remain in your suitcases.
There are no actual windows, only doors leading to the terrace. Since the apartment is on street level, you cannot really leave the doors open if you want privacy and security, so ventilation is basically limited to using the air conditioning. There are also no mosquito screens, which is a problem because there were quite a lot of mosquitoes.
The apartment is equipped with almost everything you might need, but many of the items and appliances are quite worn out and would benefit from replacement.
The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. We were travelling with a small child and actually had to try to clean the floor ourselves using towels because it was unpleasant to walk on, let alone have a child crawling on it.
With proper and thorough cleaning, this could actually be a very pleasant apartment and we would have rated it much higher.
