We’ve stayed here about two years ago when it just opened, everything was great but you could see areas for improvements. Well, now two years later they’ve exceeded our expectations!!! The main thing is breakfast, it’s simple but there’s everything you need including two vegan milk options (last time I had to ask for it in advance since I’m vegetarian); you can tell when people work constantly to improve it or just wanna take your money. This hotel I’m happy to come back to and highly recommend to everyone looking for quiet disconnection and beautiful natural environment. Best for couples / when travelling alone. Staff super nice and attentive.

We had a great stay. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel like a 5-star hotel. The views were beautiful, the location is very close to the national park, and the food was delicious, both from the regular menu and at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and we also really enjoyed the hot tub and chill-out zone.

The hot tubs and sauna are a great addition.
We have stayed here previously and the maintenance has just not been kept up to standard. The first room we were put in was dark and the door to the room was damaged. A lot of tlc was required. On the second night they moved us to another room however the bathroom stank of drains. The other disappointment was dinner. The restaurant was closed while we were staying, it would have been nice to have been notified of this prior to our stay. On the first night we were told only one restaurant in the village was open, the restaurant if you can call it that was horrendous. It was a very dingy, old, dirty and smelly pub. The food was just as bad.
