Comfortable stay for a short time

Really clean and great arrangement everyone was happy with the price paid

One of the beds was much smaller than the others but we expected that.

Near the airport and near the mall, quiet, clean. Easy check in/ out.

The 5th bed is not so comfortable. There was a smoking smell in the bathroom

Can't as we didn't actually stay!

We were informed when driving from Fuengirola to Madrid that our apartment at Madrid Barajas was not available for some reason and we had been booked elsewhere. Not much fun when you have come from a foreign country to Spain (New Zealand) and cannot then programme the GPS in properly en-route!

Being informed at the last moment that the property wasn't available (our payment having been taken a few days previously) and not being able to choose the alternative property (which was not a good standard - we felt we had been put in the worst apartment because of this late change). We had chosen Madrid Barajas specifically so that it would be near to the airport for our departure the following day and ended up with a longer taxi ride to the airport. We paid for this as the alternative property only had a free taxi service to Terminal 1 and we needed to be at Terminal 4, but didn't want to have to mess around with putting a large amount of luggage on and off the shuttle service at the airport.

TV con muchos canales, camas amplias, piscina, cercanía centro comercial y estadio futbol.

No se envía cuestionario previo y luego se exige. Más de una hora entre que te cojan el teléfono y conseguir códigos de acceso. Encontramos un calzoncillo en cocina y material de aseo en habitación... limpieza regular. El sofá cama no es para dormir. Muyuuuuuuuyyyyyy incómodo.

Bien ubicado y la zona tranquila, cerca del centro comercial

La limpieza estuvo deficiente al llegar, tuve que limpiar yo el piso, la mesa, la vajilla mal lavada. Por otro lado la persiana de la habitación principal golpeaba la ventana con el viento y muy ruidoso toda la noche, no dejaba dormir.
