Estaba todo perfecto. Limpio. Nuevo. El colchón súper cómodo. Limpieza excelente

Overall, location was convenient for being close to the airport, also safe, quiet, clean and surrounded by nice green areas. It was also quiet in terms of no disturbance coming from inside the building or any of the other flats. The 24hs reception was always helpful and friendly. It was a cosy and full equiped space, perfect for 4 people to stay. It's great that there's access through a lift. Extra instructions can be found behind doors with clear indications. When asking for extra toilet paper and bin bags, the communication was effective and they sorted it immediately. WiFi worked perfectly once inside the flat.
Facilities: We would like to suggest to put up a number of hooks around the flat, mostly inside the bathroom, to be able to hang stuff. Also, we couldn't find a mop anywhere. A cup to measure the amount of washing liquid to wash clothes could be helpful. We consider that the full price should include the toiletries and towels and not charge extra for these as there's already another fee for cleaning service.
Shops/restaurants near by: we would've appreciated if we could've known in advance that on Sunday morning everything's closed.
WiFi: we couldn't access/connect to the network from reception neither from the lobby as indicated in the check-in instructions, to be able to follow step by step on how to open all doors and gates with all the different codes.
Location: it would be better to know in advance from the description of the place that the flat faces the street to expect some street/traffic noise as we woke up the nerxt morning because of it plus the building's super loud lawnmower, after arriving from a late flight the night before. Also, it's quite the adventure to get to anywhere from there as it usually requires the use of several transport alternatives and its transfers/connections add time making all journeys quite long.

Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y a pocos metros del Centro Comercial Plenilunio. Alejado del ruido y tráfico. Alex estuvo atento a todo, el apartamento está nuevo y tiene todo para una estancia perfecta en Madrid.

"I had a great stay here on my way home from the Camino! It was a nice quiet spot to rest and relax. Close to the airport. Walking distance to a supermarket. The apartment was very secure, super clean ..."
