Lo confortable que es el apartamento, su fácil acceso y la buena predisposición del anfitrión Alex
Me hubiera gustado que el check-in se pudiera realizar antes de las 15:00 h y que el check-out fuese algo más tarde de las 11:00 h, ya que esta última hora obliga a madrugar considerablemente para poder abandonar el alojamiento.
Entendemos perfectamente que es necesario disponer de tiempo suficiente para realizar las labores de limpieza y preparación del alojamiento para los siguientes huéspedes. No obstante, consideramos que el intervalo establecido entre el check-out y el check-in es excesivo, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que puede repercutir negativamente en la experiencia de los clientes.
Un horario más flexible permitiría aprovechar mejor la estancia y disponer de más tiempo para disfrutar de la ciudad, sin que ello suponga necesariamente renunciar a una adecuada limpieza y preparación del alojamiento.

El decorado
No me gustó que no tuviera las instrucciones básicas para saber cómo se pone el aire acondicionado (tuve que averiguarlo sola ) ,tampoco tenia lo mínimo que es azúcar o sal que siempre se ponen en los alojamientos. Y por último no era tan insonora el alojamiento porque nos enterábamos de todo lo que hablaban los vecinos …

Sehr nette Vermieterin, Parkplatz und Pool sind vorhanden. Das Zentrum von Madrid ist einfach mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.
