Nice clean apartment, host was helpful.
Bed was a little uncomfortable, could do with a better mattress.

Second time we have stayed here. Brilliant view from the balcony and really handy for bars and restaurants nearby. We really do love this place and stayed three years ago. The negatives we will give are for the owners to improve their investment- constructive criticism to be precise. Yes we would stay here again but please read some simple things to change and update :)
A few issues. First of all the key to the property is in one of those key safes but it is fastened to a chain around a lamp post, pretty low down as well outside the complex. Instructions weren’t clear tbh.
The patio doors from the lounge to the balcony didn’t lock. Even though the complex is secure and we were on the second floor you still want that comfort of locking up. Granted the hosts got it fixed a couple of days later so thanks for that, it took the engineer five minutes tbh.
The only other thing there wasn’t plenty of cups, not a full matching set. Someone had left a pint pot mug, someone a small coffee cup and just odd glasses. For me these are all cheap items to buy locally. The bedding was also very washed out (same bedding as 3 years ago)as were the towels provided.
There is also a safe in the wardrobe but they have no key( locksmith new key€60).
The air conditioning unit is brilliant in the lounge however the pipe comes out onto the balcony and fills into a bucket. You need to empty the bucket of water down the toilet as the drain on the patio is partially blocked. Ideally like the other apartments we have stayed in on this block, the pipe needs to go straight into the drain.Honestly we really do love this apartment- it just needs a little bit of TLC !

The bed was so comfy, the place was clean and it’s in a great location to walk to the beach and restaurants near by. It’s quiet at night time too.
Unfortunately the washing machine was out of action during our stay so we couldn’t wash the towels. A spare set would be handy.
