The Royal Suite was, indeed, fit for royalty in terms of 110 square meters of space, the elegant furnishings and th quaint shutters. On the third floor overlooking everything we felt like we had died and gone to heaven. The staff went above and beyond especially Mohamed Ismail who was our concierge par excellence.
It is the rare time in my travels around the world where I can’t find a single thing that could be improved.

The hotel as a historical place was nice but it needs a lot of maintenance things were broken in the room and it is not definitely a 5 stars hotel quality
The room maintenance and the staff were not so friendly especially the the lady on the front desk
