This was our 3rd stay with Helnan Palace Hotel, and as usual it is incredible. The staff, the location, the facilities, everything from the moment of arrival until departure was perfect. Location, friendly team , beautiful scenes swimming pool the beach

Some items like toilet seat and electric lid will need proper maintenance provide extra pillows

The hotel as a historical place was nice but it needs a lot of maintenance things were broken in the room and it is not definitely a 5 stars hotel quality
The room maintenance and the staff were not so friendly especially the the lady on the front desk
