Excellent Stay and Exceptional Hospitality
I had a wonderful experience at Palestine Almontazah Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, and the excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
A very special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. I would especially like to recognize Miss Youanna, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and professional. She also kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture and made our experience even more memorable.
Miss Youanna’s warm personality and genuine care for her guests are a wonderful reflection of the hotel’s hospitality. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us.

Staff were very friendly including George and Yoana at the front desk. They were available to help all the time. We were able to get the golf cart any time to go to the front door of the Montazza and back to the hotel.
Please push the end time for breakfast to 11 am since most people sleep late during vacation. This is not a boot camp. Otherwise make the breakfast optional and reduce the room price by that amount.
