Veliký prostor a dobrá poloha.
Podvod. Booking to nabízí za 200 korun na dvě noci, ale oni těsně po vypršení doby pro free cancelation rezervaci změnili na petinasobnou cenu!

Все супер. Мы были зимой, переживали, что в номере будет холодно, но все было супер, кондиционер очень хорошо работает.
Сам район только строится, поэтому везде стройка, но так будет в любом отеле этого района. Батуми в принципе не понравился.

This accommodation fulfills what it promises - the photos are accurate, the room equipment is functional, owners are communicative and the check-in/check-out process is simple. It's not a 5* hotel, but it doesn't claim to be one. I could imagine staying here for a longer time.
The check-in was a bit chaotic, because we had multiple rooms booked and the owner and son from this accommodation communicated with us separately, without knowing about the other's communication. One left us a key at the reception, the other called to give us a key in person and didn't know the Booking name, so it took us a while to find out they are both from the same accommodation.
The air conditioning was weak and couldn't heat up the room, but there were duvets in the wardrobe.
Washing machine controls are in Russian only.
The elevator was a bit crowded even off-season, can't imagine it when full.
Getting to the entrance is a bit difficult, but this should be fixed when the construction work is finished.

it was clean and the check in process was seamless
там была микроволновка, но она не была подключена, не было губки для мытья посуды, кострюль или по мелочи чай сахар соль и тд. абсолютно пустая квартира. очень сложно было в плане комфорта…
