It was a convenient, pleasant stay except for horrible smelling sheets.

The room was cleaned, the bathrooms were stocked with supplies. The location of the rental was very close to the parking area.

I don't think the sheets on our bed had been cleaned for quite a while. They had a nasty smell. I slept on the couch. It was the same smell when I'm around those who do not bathe often. It was definitely gross. I didn't understand why it had an odor when everything else in the rental was spotless.

quiet until they started to bang next door and the neighbor above walking. Mattress was super comfortable and good size place

Old kitchen, no sound insulation between units, small toilet, butcher cabinet drawer stayed in my hand when I first tried to open it, nobody fixed it. Found a roach in the kitchen. Shower was redone, but the handle on the shower door was completely loose, small TVs, the owner could have spent another $200 and got maybe a 36 or 42" TV for each bedroom. I could not open nor close the bedroom blinds. Also one of the bed frames fell apart the first night we came in. The incident that really upset me was that I had forgot some clothes in one of the drawers. I contacted the property manager and told them I was only about 15 mins away if I could come and pick them up. The reply was that there would be a "finders fee" they would charge my card and mail it to me. I repeated that I was still in the area and it was just a simple matter of me coming to them wherever they wanted and I would pick it up, and they repeated that their policy was to charge a fee and mail me the items. $25 for $10 worth of socks and underwear? I told them to keep it. Really stupid.

I think the inside pool should either be heated. We had a 5 month old and the sun was just too hot to swim in the pools outside.

Pool and how close it was to the water
