Pool areas were really nice and beach proximity excellent. Beds very comfortable and unit well prepared.
Although room was clean on the surface, a deep clean of windows sills, windows, door jambs screens etc. TV stand was broken in main bedroom but didn't watch any way. Perhaps more towels and toilet paper. Sand bucket was covered in mouldy sand

Facilities of the resort itself are great, especially for young kids. Lots of room in the pool and poolside and the shallower kids pool was well used by us! There were plenty of BBQs and the spas were also great but the main one was out of action due to maintenance for half of our stay which was a bit of a shame.
The apartment itself was well laid out and the beds were comfortable. Being on the ground floor was also handy with young kids. The location is pretty good - 10/15 mins walk in any direction to playgrounds, the beach, Pacific Fair, Oasis centre or Mermaid Beach shops.
The apartment was clean on the surface but could really do with a deep clean - things like the fridge, cupboards in the kitchen, the bathrooms (walls and doors etc), around some of the light switches and even inside the rubbish bin was mouldy! Air vent in the main ensuite was full of lint and really needs cleaned. A few of the fittings could also do with being replaced - wobbly or sideways door handles and the handles on the bathroom vanities were rusty. The lamps were a nice touch but most had lopsided or dirty looking shades.
The dining chairs and kitchen stools were so loud on the tiled floor they were pretty much unusable if people were in bed. There was only 1 teaspoon which was annoying and some better/more plastic-ware for use in the BBQ area would have also been great (no glass allowed near the pools).
