Stayed here for a wedding, so it was a short 5-10 min taxi ride away from the event we were attending. Room was cosy.
We wanted to have breakfast but it was not available until mid-late morning. A earlier option would have been great.

Everything. This place is a gem. From location to staff. We had an amazing experience here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The food by chef Mark is absolutely fantastic. This place is a must visit. We will definitely return, soon hopefully.

Room was tidy and clean but strange smell in the hall.
Tea and coffee was provided.
We arrived on Sunday. There was no meal service in the evening , even though it’s a Michelin star restaurant. And no breakfast unless you preordered which we didn’t realise.
The accommodation is in a small out of the way village with no shops and therefore out of the way, our whole experience was dreadful.
And to top it off the bar closed at 5pm even though it was a public house.
If we were needing to stay long there was no opportunity to do so because the place was closed Monday and Tuesdays.
I have family in area that we visit but I will not be choosing this place again
