Lovely villa in a quiet location. The villa was clean, modern, and spacious. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome as it was difficult to sleep at times due to the heat. The air con came at an additional cost but that seems to be the norm now. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything needed for a self catering holiday although we spent most nights going out for dinner rather than eating in. There are so many great restaurants in Playa Blanca.
The key highlight for us was the outdoor living space. Lovely shaded terrace with comfortable furniture, swimming pool and sun loungers. At night, the ambient lighting around the terrace was a really nice touch.
The villa is in a peaceful residential area with a great view of the mountains. It's about a 25 minute walk to Playa Blanca town centre. We hired a car for the 2 weeks but still managed to do a lot of walking. Taxis's are also cheap. Less than 5 euro's.
Mona was very quick to respond to any of our queries which was great. In addition to that, our transfers from and to the airport were also through the villa booking so they offer a service more than just the villa. The price for the private transfer was also vey reasonable.
Overall, it's a great villa and we would be more than happy to return.
I thought the sun loungers looked like they needed a bit of an update but that's nitpicking.

Brilliant villa and excellent location in Playa Blanca, Villa is beautiful and host had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and we spent much of our time by the pool where the kids were very happy, lovely views of the mountain where we would watch the sun come up in the morning drinking coffee and listen to the rooster in the distance, special memories. Villa had everything we could ask for 😃
Nothing really, if I had to be really picky would be some newer sun-loungers, but we were happy with what we had.

The villa was very luxurious and one of the best equipped we have stayed in. Lots of home comforts and no expense spared. The pool was heated and was a very pleasant temperature. No gasping as you went in at all! We would definitely recommend.
It was a little far out but we knew that before we booked and had hired a car. Taxi’s were less than 5 euro each way.
