A very comfortable stay in a spacious and well-appointed apartment in a very convenient location.

A lovely first floor apartment situated in a very good location - close to the Real Alcazar and the cathedral and also within walking distance of the train station. The apartment was more spacious than we expected - with a large living area and a big bedroom. The apartment had been tastefully styled and decorated with touches that made the apartment feel more like a 'home away from home' than the usual rental apartment. The area was quiet, but cafes and restaurants are close by.

Obtaining the keys to get into the property was a little difficult. We had been told the instructions to access the property would be sent to us on the day of check-in, but we didn't receive these in time and had to make contact with the host who gave us the information over the phone. There were a number of lock boxes on the gate and it was difficult to find the correct one. We did eventually receive the email instructions some time after we had accessed the property.

Everything: the location, the amount of space, good quality decorations, super comfortable sofa bed if you are more than 2 people, the communication, the fact that they allowed us to drop our staff early (prior to check in). Can’t find a fault

A lovely comfortable apartment in a perfect location. I will stay here again!

Had a lovely one week stay here for a working holiday in February. Loved the location: on a quiet and charming little street with very little traffic, walking distance to the main sites but also close to some really local places so best of both worlds. Lovely tapas place just round the corner and a good coffee shop nearby. I liked the quiet courtyard. Nice neutral decor inside, kitchenette small but fine for creating some simple meals, well stocked, felt very safe with the triple locks on the door and the courtyard door is also locked at night. It felt like a home from home.

A few teething troubles getting the induction stove working but the staff were helpful and responsive (If the AI interface can’t answer a question then the real people respond quite quickly). Just a suggestion: perhaps leave some instructions printed out in the apartment? And the walls are thin so you hear neighbours every now and then, but it didn’t bother me.

De communicatie vooraf was helder en proactief. Toen we voor de security op Schiphol stonden, kreeg ik telefoons dat er problemen met de airco waren en dat we overgeboekt werden naar een ander appartement op een andere locatie. Iets verder van het centrum, iets dichterbij het station. Bleek een prima oplossing!
