Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Loved the hanging seat on the terrace! Great pool area easily accessed from the terrace. Full kitchen with stove, cook top, microwave, fridge and proper-sized freezer, as well as plenty of utensils, ice cube trays, plates etc. Washing machine was a must as I stayed for three weeks. Very convenient with the code lock, didn't have to worry about bringing/misplacing keys. Close to the bus station. Shopping mall with big grocery store within walking distance, and some smaller grocery stores a bit closer.
Only a ceiling fan in the bedroom - it got very warm in the rest of the apartment when outside temps were up to 37 degrees, so another, movable, fan would have been nice. Quite some noise outside at night (loud garbage truck at 3 AM Sunday, people partying in the street, loud shouting etc) forced the window closed most nights - had to keep the bedroom door open for air flow because of that. But obviously not the property's fault that other people are noisy. Some kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade (dull knives, food kept sticking to the frying pan despite oil). The terrace door could use a better lock, as the current hook latch kept opening by itself and could also be easily opened from outside.

L'appartamento è grande e volendo sfruttabile a pieno in 4. Piccola terrazza sfruttabile in estate, cucina ampia con bel frigorifero e posibilità di utilizzare la strumentazione presente. Le chiavi non servono perchè si accede con un codice.
Zona tranquilla e raggiungibile a piedi il centro. posto discreto.Molto gradita la bottiglia d'acqua nel frigorifero come ben venuto! Grazie
Letto matrimoniale con materasso un pò datato. Al mattino del check out la signora delle pulizie è entrata alle 9.30 senza bussare.... per fortuna ero vestito mi sono un pò spaventato....

It was quiet
The entry system, the placement of the steps outside the back door, the tv system, the location is not in the heart of las Americas, lack of a cleaner over the two weeks. Arm of the sofa fell off every time I lent on it
