Hôtel Cardinal

Good location but loud in square at night. Nice balcony view.

A bit dated.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cardinal. Our room was very clean, cute and comfortable, with two lovely little balconies and an amazing view right in front of the cathedral. We slept very well, and even though the hotel seemed busy, our room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic centre, which made exploring Rouen very convenient. The only small things we would mention are that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak at times, and we would also suggest reconsidering the toilet paper dispensers, as we found them a little inconvenient to use. Other than that, this was such a cute, clean and comfortable place to stay in Rouen. We really loved the location and would definitely stay here again when we come back!

poor communication system. Unable to connect to front desk. The QR code scan to commtnicate with staff is barely functional. No room amenity except shower gel. No bottled water, no air conditioner, no refrig, no hair dryer, no pot to boil water No hotel staff in reception on Saturday No clear cut instruction on hotel rules Weak water pressure for shower and wash basin. no safety box
