The location is superb...central to Rouen and within walking distance to everything. Easy access for parking the car either in the hotel carpark or the adjacent public carpark. The rooms are clean and simple but did lack one or two small details..
Our room was a family room, one double bed and one sofa bed...we did ask for the sofa bed to be made up in advance but it wasn't..rectified very quickly but the sofa bed we completely unusable, thin matttress with a bow in the centre, so uncomfortable it was not used. These need to be upgraded. The coffee tea facility was very basic, glasses rather than ceramic cups, no powdered milk as we do not like instant black coffee.
