Easy to find, parking nearby, safe surrounding and clean building & apartments. Well equipped too. I love the bath! Bed is comfortable especially if you like your mattress a bit stiff. George is the sweetest host you'll find in all cyprus, he'll go extra to make your vacation perfect. We arrived late at night and he made sure we have warm water and AC on. There's an elevator too. The location is perfect.
We met there another couple who's there for the 2nd time already and I'm sure we will come back there again! Absolutely lovely

Perfect apartment in a very good location. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
Only WiFi sometimes was really bad.

Pros
The apartment has a great location, with restaurants, shops and the beach all within easy walking distance. The living room and main bedroom are a good size, and the apartment overall offers plenty of space. The views from the main bedroom and living room are also a nice feature.
George was communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which was appreciated.
Cons
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. We found dirty knives, crumbs and pieces of bread under the sofas and pillows, large clumps of hair underneath the TV cabinet, as well as noticeable dust. This made the apartment feel less comfortable and hygienic than expected.
Another issue was that only one key was provided. This meant that everyone staying had to remain together or make arrangements to ensure they could reach the person with the key, which was inconvenient when travelling as a group.
All of the rooms have windows or balconies facing an alley where a nearby restaurant appears to dispose of rubbish and glass. This was particularly noisy in the middle of the night, with bottles and glass being dumped, which disturbed our sleep.

Perfect location and view! Right on the beach, lot of cafes, shops, market in the building. Bus stop opposite the building.
We also liked that they care for cats, but they have to maintain better.
We arrived at 3am after long flight at location and no instructions were left how to enter the apartment. We waited at lobby 3hrs to enter the room, Unpleasant experience. Booking cancelled the reservation since no one replied and we needed to pay again so we can stay at the place. We were so tired and we needed good sleep. (Luckily, we were able to afford until refund was received)
Smell and light at the entrance. Not clean.
Smell from the bathroom.
Not pet friendly.
