- Vollkommen neu renoviertes Haus mit Wohnbereich, Küche, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer
- Lage ist top. Man schaut sogar bis auf das Meer, Sonnenuntergänge sind super schön anzusehen!!
- Die Schlüssel wurden uns von der süßen Mutti des Besitzers Marco übergeben, sie wohnt nebenan.
- Marco hat direkt über WhatsApp mit uns kommuniziert. Er war zu jeder Zeit innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen und er konnte uns bei Problemen sofort helfen. Er hat sich sogar entschuldigt, dass er uns nicht persönlich die Schlüssel übergeben konnte.
- Die Ausstattung der Küche können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir immer außerhalb gegessen haben.
- Wir hatten den ersten Abend kein warmes Wasser, das lag aber daran, dass die Heizung ausgeschaltet war. Eine Nachricht an Marco hat gereicht und wir konnten die Wassertemperatur selbstständig an einem Bedienelement im Badezimmer einstellen.
- Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wir hatten keinen Wäscheständer oder Ähnliches, daher mussten wir unsere Badesachen und Handtücher überall im Wohnbereich trocknen lassen.

This property definitely had a luxury feel to it and we really loved it! MP Luxury House is a traditional Sardinian house converted into a very high-spec and functional holiday home. Every detail has been carefully designed to provide a very nice combination of legacy and modern in the same place. All the appliances and utensils in the house were high end and the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room were all very generous in size, which definitely made our stay super comfortable. From the house, you have access to the town of Budoni in less than 5 minutes driving and the Gulf of Orosei is very close, making it a great base to explore the East of the Island. As a bonus, it is also a 40-minute drive away from Olbia Airport so it was very handy as well for us as we had a morning flight departure for which we didn't have to rush. Marco, the property owner, was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We definitely recommend this place!

The host was very attentive! The place was very modern and spotlessly clean. They had every amenity imaginable! We requested an extra bed for the child and Marco had that prepared for us too. It was simply perfect.
