A very pleasant experience. Mehmet, the manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our room due to an electronic problem in the system, but they arranged accommodation for us at a hotel just one minute away **for one night**, which was absolutely fine. The next day, we received our room key, and we left our luggage with them, which they kindly took to our room for us.
The place is clean and nice, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was good, although a little repetitive, so a bit more variety would be nice. The only downside was that, despite the double-glazed windows, we could still hear some noise from outside, especially since we were on the ground floor.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Great location staff was super helpful checked in lady waited for middle of the night for my late check in helped from the airport stayed in contact when I took local cab and I always there to help me out .
Some services needs to be improved but it doesn’t impact your staff as long as staff is willing to help out .

It was close to the main attractions, within walking distance but you had to walk around 15 minutes uphill. The value for money. That it still had breakfast even though it wasn't great.
I didn't like the room, it was an improvised room with a slider door that did not perfectly close so cold air and cigarette smell was coming through the hole. It was more like living in a closet. We had to wait for almost an hour for someone to come at reception. I didn't expect much for the price but my bare minimum is cleanliness... At least a clean place if not great facilities or room. But the bedsheets and towels were very old and did not smell like clean at all, they smelled like used towels that you leave to dry, used about one week or something then left to dry... One window had no curtains and didn't even close, it was kept closed by a chair... And it didn't fully open because of the wall, the frame was stuck in the wall... The other windows also couldn't fully open as they were hitting the bed frame so it was an actual challenge to get some fresh hair... The heating option was an AC that we had to use a lot due to the poor isolation of the place but it was making the air so dry that it was suffocating. I even woke up one night because I couldn't breath properly and had to hold the window open somehow to get some air. It was barely opening and it wasn't staying open without support. You barely get anything for breakfast so keep that in mind, this didn't bother me as much considering the price ... I also woke up due the 6 am prayers and the train that was passing by nearby. The TV was just for show, it didn't work. I didn't really enjoy my stay here and I couldn't wait to get back home.
