The hotel was very beautiful. The hallways were clean and I love the fact they have no rug in the room or hallways. Love the sink in the bathroom and shower.
I was disappointed by the shower head. it was rusted and kind of dirty. The food was horrible because the bagels tasted and were stale. The pancakes were hard as if they warm them in the microwave. The scrambled eggs looked burnt. The only thing I was able to have was a cup of tea and hard boiled egg.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small, but fit the needs of our stay and was very clean. We did not have much time to make use of all of the amenities.
Breakfast was included in our stay, and we found the hot items to be a little cold. The coffee wasn't ready by the opening of breakfast. We felt that the parking was difficult to figure out. We needed to figure out where to park to check in, then drive all the way back around to utilize the offered parking. And we needed to be extra careful, because the hotel is right next to the police precinct.
