Comfortable, quiet and private. The staff are lovely.
The room is not soundproof; people walking past outside the room make noise that comes in.

The location was close to the glacier kayak and hike experience we were doing the following day in Jostedalsbreen National Park, that is the only reason we chose it and the only reason to choose it really.
The beds were uncomfortable, heating inconsistent, food very average bordering on bad, and there wasn’t much around. There were no other restaurants in town other than 2 at nearby hotels, one of which we tried to go to and was closed.
