L’appartement est très bien situé, bien rénové et particulièrement fonctionnel. Il est légèrement en périphérie du centre, ce qui est finalement un vrai atout : le quartier est beaucoup plus calme tout en restant très bien desservi et à proximité de tout.
L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec une literie de qualité, et nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous avions lu quelques commentaires faisant état de problèmes d’odeurs, mais nous n’en avons absolument pas constaté durant notre séjour. Comme dans tout appartement, notamment dans une grande ville, il suffit de penser à bien aérer régulièrement les pièces d’eau.
L’isolation phonique peut effectivement laisser entendre un peu le voisinage, mais cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangés. Lorsque l’on séjourne dans un appartement en ville, il faut aussi garder à l’esprit que l’on peut entendre la vie de l’immeuble et du voisinage.
Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité de Carlos, présent à notre arrivée comme à notre départ et très attentif à notre bien-être pendant tout le séjour. Il a toujours été disponible et réactif lorsque nous avions une question ou un besoin.
Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Lisbonne. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We had a wonderful one-week stay and would definitely choose this apartment again.
The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but honestly, it feels even better in real life. It is spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean.
It was very comfortable for the three of us. The beds and pillows were excellent, there was plenty of space, and the apartment had everything we needed throughout our stay. We never found ourselves thinking that something was missing. There are two air conditioners, but thanks to the apartment's layout and windows on three sides, it was easy to keep it cool with fresh air, so we never even needed to use them. The showers were great, and the Wi-Fi was perfectly fine for everyday use.
The location is fantastic. The city center is less than a kilometer away, so most attractions are within walking distance, while the apartment is just far enough from the busiest tourist areas to feel more peaceful. There are also two grocery stores nearby, and the higher floor offers great views.
The host deserves a special mention. He welcomed us personally, showed us around the apartment, explained everything, and shared many useful recommendations for restaurants, shops, transportation, and sightseeing. He even has his own mobile app with local recommendations, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay he stayed in touch via WhatsApp, regularly checking if everything was going well or if we needed anything.
Overall, this was one of the best apartments we have stayed in, and we highly recommend it.

Aussicht über die Stadt ist phänomenal. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Gerüche aus den Bädern, wider gut platzierter elektrischem Raumduft. Ist wahrscheinlich kein Problem des Appartements, sondern des Hauses.

Great host! Carlos shared so many great recommendations, especially for dining and navigating around. We had 52 messages with all great suggestions! Great location. Parking was a perk. We walked everywhere but decided to check out a day early.
The plumbing situation was a shock. We were asked to dispose toilet paper in the trash, not to flush. It caused an odor and some uncomfortable sentiments from my friends that was embarrassing for me.
