Очень хорошее расположение. Близко к центру и основным туристическим улицам и при этом немного в глубине переулка, поэтому не так шумно. Очень приятный хозяин, который нас встретил, учел все пожелания, а также помог с организацией подъема и спуска пожилого человека. Апартаменты действительно очень большие и удобные. Нам на 6 человек было более чем достаточно. Три спальни, 2 санузла и огромная гостиная. Функциональная кухня, есть даже посудомоечная и стиральная машина, а также кофе машина. Даже есть таблетки для посудомоечной машины и капсулы для кофе машины.
Мы приехали в 15 часов, но апартаменты были еще не убраны. Хозяин быстро сорганизовал уборку, а также в виде компенсации купил нам воду и снеки. Это было неожиданно и очень приятно. Давольно сложная система регистрации и оплаты туристического налога. Но если все сделать заранее, то неудобств это не доставляет.

La posizione, la pulizia, l’appartamento è molto grande e dotato di tutti i comfort (basti pensare che ha alexa all’interno, del quale sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito essendo appassionato di musica), ha 2 bagni ed è adatto ad un numero di ospiti da 5 a 9 tranquillamente. L’host è stato gentile nel farci lasciare le valigie in un locker dopo il check out, permettendoci di non portarle in giro.
La cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è che la struttura non sia convenzionata con un parcheggio, è impensabile a Napoli, soprattutto perchè la struttura si trova in centro. Ho passato quasi un’ora al mio arrivo a cercare un parcheggio custodito o in strada. Credo sia ciò che va assolutamente migliorato. Altra cosa da migliorare sono le docce, erogano troppa poca acqua quando alzi la temperatura, non si può fare una doccia col contagocce.

Location was exceptional and the apartment was spacious
Check in was difficult. The owner was not at premises as he kept saying that he was. We waited over 45 minutes until a neighbor forced the door . This was a very annoying and frustrating way to start a holiday in what is delightful apartment. Also there were no instructions on how to use TV, washing machine, air conditioning, where to put to rubbish. No remote for big TV and one remote for air conditioning. The bed in bedroom 1 is hopeless - it sags like a hammock. Bedroom 3 and bathroom had an odour and mould up the wall.
