The aspect that stood out the most to me was the breakfast - both range and quality. Maybe the only downside was that it was really crowded. We were lucky to find empty tables on all days when we arrived, but we've seen other guests who had to wait.
Another outstanding aspect was the size of the apartments. Granted, we book a two double-bedroom apartment (which is designed to accommodate four guests) for two of us, so we really felt like we had a lot of real estate available to us. Also, I find the price of the accommodation to be very good value for money if split four ways.
A detail, but in one of the bedrooms the lamp attached to the fan wouldn't turn off, so one of us had to sleep with that light on.

The location
The apartment anf amenities was too small compared to the one we stayed in the last time.
The building looks like an old building
It was carpeted in a dark gray color which am pretty sure hides the dirt and stains
There was no microwave
Pillows were too soft and not firm
