The location was great, not the most desirable location outside of the city wall but it was right next to the city wall so really easy to go in and explore. Plenty of food and drink options nearby and shops around the corner too. Staff were exceptional, very kind and helpful.
Lots of groups hanging around opposite the hotel in the park, I probably wouldn't recommend the outside of the city walls for children just because of the amount of smoking around the area. For adults it was perfect, great location in terms of distance to the city without paying the middle of the city prices.

Excellent comfortable stay. Great location for exploring the city and very easy walk to the train station and above a U-Bahn. Aldi round the corner for breakfast. Clean and modern interior. Good soundproofing and very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful for example with storing luggage on our final day.
Unsavoury neighbourhood at night, although I didn’t feel unsafe going direct to the hotel from the station. As usual in Germany bring your own travel kettle!

Some staff were rude. Asking for stuff like extra pillows or Iron etc seemed hard work.
