Decent hotel, okay breakfast. Staff are friendly. Served the purpose for what we needed.

Location was great.

The shower flooded on first use, soaking my pyjamas and everything on the floor. Also there were several flies in the bathroom.

Poor to good enough Overall service

The staff is polite, self check in super easy, our request is being heard.

The amenities is terrible, the bar soap is really low quality, makes your skin dry and cracks, there are only 2 small sachets of liquid soap which is only for 1 shower., no safe, no electric keettle, the tv isn't working, gets really hot because there ware no aircon (atleast we feel like there is no aircon). It says there is free coffee & tea at lobby, but on our case the machine isn't working except on the breakfast time. In conclusion, it really is a 6/10 hotel.

Very good

The location, covered parking & PIN code check-in. The hotel is also tucked away out of the sunshine which was a pleasant surprise.

My only recommendation would be for the room to be equipped with a mini fridge. Otherwise the hotel exceeded my expectations.

I recommend URGENTLY leave the page with this hotel and do not book or stay in it!!!!

The hotel is located in the courtyard, so the room is very quiet. If your windows face the front doors, then there is a chance to enjoy (!!!) cigarette smoke from smokers before entering. Please note that noisy neighbors from a neighboring house will disturb you. But the hotel staff will offer you to solve this problem yourself. Floors have been replaced in the rooms. True, the walls were scratched and damaged. On the new floor, the beds move very well while you toss and turn on them.

The hotel does not have a day and night receptionist, so if you do not have a smartphone, then getting into the hotel and the room will not be very easy. There is no air conditioning in the room. In the summer you will have to open the window ... and breathe in cigarette smoke (see the first part of my story). Bathroom equipped at least 30 years ago. In the corners of the shower you will find a light-brown coating (I will think that from old age). There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom, there is a regular heater. We paid for triple occupancy, and there were only 2 sets of bathroom amenities and towels. And there was no one to ask the third one, since there is no staff (as I wrote above). The mattresses on the beds are already very sagging. In the morning, you will most likely get pain in either your neck or back (or maybe both). Get ready that at 9.30 in the morning a cleaning lady will try to come to you (day off!!!). Breakfast items are taken out only once (in the morning). If you come later, you may be left without food. There is no parking near the hotel. You will be able to get parking ONLY if you book parking in advance. I can congratulate myself: I have lived in the worst hotel in 20 years of booking experience!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone!!!

All in all a great place with lovely competent staff that I would return to and recommend to friends🤩

the hotel is back off a very quiet street with about a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The building was newly renovated and super clam while maintaining a lot of old charm. It was very quiet at all times with no disturbing noise of any kind. The staff were friendly and email (it’s not 24 hour desk) contact is excellent and helpful.

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated but the bedroom furniture was perhaps from the old hotel? The sofa bed was great for the children 6&9 but our twin beds were less pleasant. although linen etc was pristine the mattresses very very soft and the pillows were for us unfortunately feather and flat. A quick email and I had info where I could get another pillow- unfortunately just one though.

The staff was really nice. thanks a lot for helping us out with everything

the room wasn't the best. the stairs from the bathroom almost kill us every time we went to the toilet. No wifi in our room and was flooded in the bathroom but the staff was definitely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and I like fruit salad.

There are better places for the same money

In fact, the only advantages of this hotel are cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows and relatively good location

Cramped rooms dented by time. The Comfort room (costing around 30 eur more) is basically no different from the usual one. A window from the room overlooking the windows of the neighboring apartment (approx. 2 m distance). Stairs to the bathroom in the room. Reception closed in the evening. Great difficulty finding parking spaces. Very poor breakfast.

Very near downtown and public transport. Good stay but with some restrictions for bigger families.

Walking distance of U-bahn line and just two stations to the heart of the city. Silent and comfortable rooms.

We could not accommodate the whole family in one or adjacent rooms, which made small things more difficult. No internet signal in one of the rooms did not help either. Watch out parking options.

We were travelling with a two year old. The staff / owner were very attentive to our condition and offered a better room that fits our needs. We very much appreciate it.

This is good small Hotel.

Breakfast was light and tasty. The early breakfast time is good especially if you want to check out early. The room is clean. Hotel is near to the center. Personal very helpful and they had responded to inquiries very promptly. Room code is very suitable when you have to arrive lately.

In general, a normal hotel to spend the night in the city center.

Good location of the hotel. Online check-in allows you to arrive at the hotel at any time, the instructions for check-in are clear. Comfortable beds.

Poor breakfast. For the same price in other hotels, breakfasts are more satisfying. After leaving the room for breakfast, the staff did not allow us to return to the room to visit the toilet. We were with children and it was very unpleasant.

There were no staff to help. There was no parking nearby. The location seemed to be in a bad neighborhood, not that great with kids. The room had no aircondition, no curtains and the wifi didn’t work. The shower was dirty… and the beds was like airmadrasses. Horrible.

Comfortable

It was very comfy

We got a little a little confused with the main door downstairs because we forgot to check for the code on our email but when you called the number that they sent on the email to help you, they were very helpful and lovely.

Very good location for us. Very close to family.. We were able to have our cycle very close to the hotel.

Weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning and no fan available. Windows could be opened but there was not much breeze outside snd window opening did not catch enough breeze.

Exceptional

24-HOURS CHECK-IN ! it was the best place for night-flight-travellers. the room was cosy, clean. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast and nice interior design.

horrible. just horrible. ruined our day. my kids were unconfortable when they they Saw The miscared for room.

The pictures of The penthouse room we booked. Sadly The pictures was taken years ago. now it looked horrible.

It was horrible. dirty. Not cleaned properly. Dirt on the walls. The bathtub was outrageus. The pictures on The web describes a possible look many years ago. Now it is miscared for, sadly. No staff present. We left right away when we saw the room. No refund from the hotel. They seem to think all looks as on the pictures (omg). we found another hotel in 5 minutes which was lovely. I recommend all to stay far away from “arthotel”. It does not even have a standard of a cheap hostel. stay far far away.

Very good

Good location, very close to the metro, 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes to the city center or central train station and 25 minutes from the airport. Clean and comfortable with free hot drinks 24/7. Self check-in/out for some hours.

if I visit Nuremberg again I may well decide to stay here.

breakfast was really good self service. continental in style but still there was scrambled egg and sausages if that’s what you want.

my room on the small side but perfectly adequate for my needs.
