Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms were very small but it was ok. No conditioning system, but there were additional ventilators left.
An extra bed was not comfortable to sleep, mini bar was not working.

Great location , within walking distance to anywhere . Staff at front desk and during breakfast have been exceptional.

This is an excellent place for a stay in Nuremburg. The location is very good, a nice 15 minutes walk through the shopping area from the rail station and close to the old town and not far from the castle.
My room was a little quirky, a bit like an attic room. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel reception was on the first floor, above a shop, but there is a lift for access to this and the room floors above.
The breakfast is very nice, with some hot and cold food available and with friendly staff looking after things.
I would definitely recommend Avenue Hotel.
No negatives for me.

The location was very good. Breakfast simple but ok
The bed was not comfortable - too soft. There was no AC at the room and the small ventilator was not enough - it was sweating night.
